Returns

Unused, like-new items returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund. Return shipping will be covered for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items. Our sheep may request pictures to verify item condition. If a replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead. Buyers pay for the return shipping cost of unwanted items.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. Refunds are processed within 3 days after returned items have been received and inspected. Replacement items can be expected to arrive within 2 weeks of confirmed shipping.
